Big Island Vibes

Whether cultural, mythical, historical etc., the stories of Polynesia have always fascinated my keenest interests. Taking some time to explore the Big Island (Hawai’i), Hawai’i, vortex-enhanced experiences released my deepest anxieties away with the ocean breezes. Spelunking lava flows, swimming with sea turtles and manta rays, listening to the birds’ chirp as the sun retreated from the cliffsides of Kīlauea, plunging into volcanic rock filter freshwater waterfalls, and devouring grocery store poke on the reg, for these were not the key experiential memories captured on film. Instead, I offer a few transitional moments within the vortex-bounds of land meets ocean.
